My Coby mp3 player was playing just fine until about a week ago. I was listening to a song, then hit browser to change it. As soon as I selected a song the music stopped and Error 4 scrolled on the screen where the song title should have been. The only way you could get out of it was to turn the player off. I uploaded the songs and they all played just fine. What should I do?
Take your sales receipt and player back for a refund. These players have so many glitches,hiccups,and charging problems that they should be pulled off the shelves. If the player performed as well as it looks then it'd be a nice gadget but this is unfortunately not the case...

I bought 2 coby for one has worked great since the day I bought it the second has error code 4 since the day I bought it I didn't do anything different with it never have time to call the company but I would like to know how to fix it if anyone knows

error 4 appears when music starts. after 2 notes stops playing. checked files on computer and they play on the pc. tried reset button but still doesn't work.
i try to listen to my mp3 player and when i go to music it just shows up error (4). and i deleted all the songs and put them back on there but it keeps doing the same thing.
what do i do??
