I have a Toshiba Satellite Pavilion P200 laptop. I recently purchased a replacement battery however the replacement will only charge to 99%. Any suggestions please?

New recharageable batteries need to be charged overnight and fully discharged several times before they reach their full charge capacity.

Does my toshiba P200 have a sound card which

Yes, the Toshiba Satellite P200 does have a sound card.

Your laptop should have both headphone and microphone audio jacks on its outer edge somewhere.

Toshiba P200-1ee Screen fault

Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite P200-rt2 that has the same issue. They told me that there's a part that connects to the monitor that needs to be replaced. It costs as much as the computer does. So, I have bought a new one. I want to know if there are other people with this issue. Maybe we can go to Toshiba with this issue.

Toshiba satellite m40 booting problem.

Hi! It appears that possibly your hrad drive isn't set properly in the caddy? with the laptop powered down and disconnected locate the hard drive cover pop out the two locating screws and carefully move the caddy/hard drive BEWARE as the drive has fragile pins at the opposite end where you opened, hopefully little sliding pressure should remove. Check the retaining screws around the caddy (You'll need a small torx/philips screw driver for this) if all tight replace gently.
If you are uncertain I would recommend a technician check it for you.
Good Luck!

My toshiba satellite p200 keeps turning off randomly.

Hi,

Often this indicates that the battery is nearing its end of life. Even when plug and using the AC adapter/charger, this would occur if the electrical consumption is always at its peak. Noticeable is especially when the built-in WiFi card is in use.

Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.
