Hi, the LG VN270mobile phone cannot be hard Reset without you Unlocking the phone and the only to unlock the phone is to get the unlock code from the operators using your phone IMEI no which can be gotten by dialing this code (*#06#) on your phone and copy out the numbers that appear.

Enter Unlock sequence mode 2945#****# where *** is the model of LG phone numbers, for example, for VN270 enter 2945#*770# and a hidden menu where you can enter the unlock code you purchased earlier and your lg phone is back and you can perform a hard reset.

Close all applications on your phone. (if you can)
With your phone switched ON, remove the battery.
Then remove the SIM card.
Replace the battery without the SIM card and switch your phone on.
