You can disable the security by setting it to "none" in the setup page. This will disable the security, but should not (hopefully) erase your key.

I got your issue, Inorder to disable the security on your router follow these steps,

1. Open your browser (eg: Internet Explorer), clear the address bar and type 192.168.0.1 and hit enter, You will be logged into Dlink router setup page

2. Click on security on that page

3. changed the security mode to disabled and then save the changes which you have made

4. then your network is unsecured, you can connect to your wireless network without any security password

For that Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link.
http://192.168.0.1
or
http://192.168.1.1
If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it.
Then it ask for user name and password.
Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank.
Then you can see configuration page of router.

Click on wireless settings disable wireless WEP Security .Then save settings and restart router.

Firstly,u need to do following settings to u'rs belkin router: Default ip address of D-link dir-825 is 192.168.0.1
,so you can login to router setup page by http://192.168.0.1
1> You need to reduce MTU<Max.Transmission Unit> to 1400
2> Change wireless channel to 9/11
3> Wireless MAC ADDRESS CONTROL should be disabled for u're xbox
4> Reduce beacon interval to 50/75
5> Fragmentation Threshold:2306, RTS Threshold:2307
6> Disable the security/firewall of u're router
7> Do the port forwarding/trigerring;port numbers for xbox are:53,80,88,543,3478-3479,3658,5223,10070-10080

it will be good if u change wireless network name(SSID) as well as upgrade the firmware of u'rs router;so that it will reflect the effect & power down u're x-box while doing the changes in router.

Ok. you cannot so much "Solve" it, as such, as you must simply re-set it up again. You must access the router via a browser, and login, now you simply set it all up again, OR leave as is, except for the "Key"and when you get to the security tab, to do the WEP?WAP key, when the "Key" this is generated, I copy paste into a notepad document, & save. When you setup the security. do it all save and exit. Now when you try to access the WiFi network, from a "Client" you will be asked for that key, simply copy paste it from the document.
Also ensure DHCP is set to OFF and disabled on ALL client computers. START>>RUN>>services.msc enter, When services comes up, scroll down to DHCP and set to OFF & Disable. Reboot.

change the time zone under the router and set the time manually and disable system or internet time inside

Which security are you talking about? If you want to disable the wireless security simply click the wireless tab and next to security or where it has your security set it as none.

Is your wireless network secured ?
If you are trying to connect to the secured wireless network, make sure that the network that you are typing is correct.
If you are not sure about the network key
then check the network key on the router.
You said that MAC is able to connect to the neighbor's wireless network.
Make sure that the Wireless MAC filter on your router is disabled.

1. Log into the router by typing 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of your browser.
2. User admin for the username and leave the password blank (unless you have changed the username and password, if so use your custom settings)
3. Next run the security security wizard: Click Setup at the top then click Launch Wireless Security Setup Wizard.
4. It will take you step by step to set up a secure wireless network.

I would also suggest you change the router password while your in there to prevent others from accessing your router using the default setting if you have not already changed it.
