This is a basic blinking error code table:--
Error Code Table
0 = No error
1 = X-ray protection, E/W protection, and/or Vertical protection active
2 = High beam current protection active
3 = Reserved
4 = +5V protection active
5 = Signal Processor (IC 7150) register corrupted
6 = Signal Processor (IC 7150) error
7 = Total failure
8 = Internal RAM error (Microprocessor IC 7000)
10 = NV memory (IC7088) addressing error
11 = NV memory (IC7088) size error
12 = Histogram (YUV) (IC 7770) error
14 = Sound processor I²C error (TDA9855)
16 = Main Tuner I²C error (IC 1125)
17 = PIP Processor I²C error (IC 7350)
18 = PIP Tuner I²C error (IC 1127)
But in most cases the power cord is "defective" as it's a common issue.try with new cable 1st or else follow the chart and replace the part as per coding chart on main board.

are you using a PC to feed a signal or maybe a cable with an adapter?
I had the same issue when I used one of the rear HDMI ports to show a PC display. Apparently there is a software difference between the rear and side/front ports. Inputting the PC through the side HDMI port has solved the problem for me (so far!)

2 blinks is one of the power sources not coming up. most likely thje power board,but a short on a periphael board can mimmick. Only a Panasonic auth service should be used and expect a repair of $200 to $400. Since the set is not very old,call the panasonic number in your book......they will give you a case number and in some instances may cover it!!
