Theres a blank screen after charging mp3 it wont turn off

Hold the the on/off button up for about 10-20 seconds and it should turn off. then you can just turn it on again. I fit doesn't work, then just wait for the battery to die and charge it back up.

If your device freezes up press the Menu button and hold for 15 seconds.
This is like a power down of the device. Once you perform the reset, the adjustments you made during last operation

let the batter die do not charge it until it is completly dead and then it should unfreeze.

When i plug my Fuze in the pc, it turns on, but doesnt charge, and isnt even recongnized by my pc. So i cant put anything on it and it doesnt even show up in device manager.

Mine did the exact same thing, (Even the going to bed thing) I'm glad you posted your question. Incidentally enough after trying to turn-off and on for ten minutes, I pressed all the buttons a whole bunch to show it my frustration.....then it worked. (?) I don't know why, but I think that the computer going into hibernation or shutting off affected it.

it seems that your player are corrupted.
it means some of your file are infected with virus and corrupted.

if you can try to reformat your player i suggest you to do it.

be aware that if you will going to reformat all files saved are possible to be deleted.

when its charging make sure it say connecting

Try to download new Firmware.

i had the same problem try resetting it by slideing the power switch to the on position and hold it there for 10 to 30 seconds until it turns on then let go. that should sove you'r problem
