Hi
Fabric is designed to be removed for washing, either handwash or handwash / delicate cycle on washing machine is fine, maximum 30 degrees, ensure you use additional rinse and spin to completely remove all detergent residue as leftovers will dry and leave white marks.
Since we are working on the drain side of things only 2 things can happen to not get the water out of your tub-1 the pump isn't working, something stuck in it- 2 you have blockage which we know is not in the trap-check conection to the tub and the pump and all discharge hoses-cheers Denny
We experienced the same thing. I was able to restart and locate the noise to the water pump. After disassembling the water pump found the impeller shaft sliding out. For some reason this shaft will not stay in place. Had to order a complete pump assembly as the electric motor is not available.
I'm guessing the HOSE is the drain hose.
The goop is causing the drain motor to overheat causing it to report error. (luckily or it'd burn out).
Give it a empty load with nothing in it to see if it flushes it all out.
Just water.
See if it completes full cycle and check pump filter again to see if clean.
TIP. Make sure you check ALL pockets before you wash clothes.
