Based off what you have described your Frigidaire range, PLES389DCC, is providing you with an error code of "PF" and "F1" as soon as you turn it on. An error code of "PF" stands for power failure this could be a possible problem with your control panel or power cord.

The error code "F1" stands for a runaway temperature (overheating). This could be an issue with your RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) or the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). I would recommend performing a reset on your oven and you can do that by disconnecting from your oven for ten minutes. If you continue to have issues with the "F1" error code I would recommend having a professional technician out to your home for proper diagnosis and replacement of any electrical components. The F4 error means that the oven temperature sensor is giving an open signal. Probably the oven temperature sensor needs to be replaced. However, sometimes, the wiring harness between the sensor and the control unit has a fault or the control unit (computer) is bad.

Refer to user manual or company support, the keypad is giving you a error message of some sort, and it is dependent on the make and model on what that error message means so by referring to the manual or posting it would further help you in figuring out what the issues

Hold the child lock button down for 5 to 10 seconds. This should unlock it.

Where do you live? I have the same model from a house I bought that was built in the 1950's and looking to sell it. They usually go for a pretty penny but I need to unload quickly. The parts can be very expensive. Let me know or call if you have any questions...
