My printer will not turn on, it starts to turn on however it will not turn on compleatly the light will only come part way out however it does not turn on all the way

i need to know the make and model of your machine you say it starts does it fill with water does it wash does it spin moor information please

try cleaning the battery terminals first and see what happens

uyninstall the printer s/w from prog and feature in control pannel/ reinstall the driver once again with the cd provided to you along with the printer.
note: after you uninstall the printer s/w restart the computer. and while doing all this the printer should be turned off/
turn on the printer after the installation is compleate or when it is prompted for.

check any paper jam inside the printer
clean compleatly using one brush

Try replacing the Lamp.

Try removing the battery and plug in the power adapter and then power on your laptop. If this doesn't work, put the battery back in and plug in the power adapter and try turning it on. If that doesn't work then take the power cable out and try with only the battery. Try in this order and see if it comes back up, if not, you may have some dead hardware.

Your problem is: will not go through a compleate cycle and then the clean light comes on and blinks 7 steady blinks and stops the blinks again and i cant start the dishwasher unless i reset the dishwasher and then it does the same thing

Sounds like you have a bad control board. I don't recomend this repair to the average homeowner. You might consider the Repair Directory for a repairman. If it has a few years on it perhaps you may consider the costs of repair verses replacement.

The set is trying to tell you somthing by blinking this light. And the bad news is that it's sayiny the DM board is not booting up, there are several problems that might cuase this all from bad capacitors to a shorted diode or a compleatly replacing the DM board. but all these are not for the weakend tv tech this one has to go into the shop
