Lexmark x2500 imaging studio App4R.exe not working

Please update your printer driver. Visit the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/aKlcOJ. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. After updating your printer driver, try to scan again.

tengo una lexmark x2550 hasta ayer podia escanear mis documentos bien. pero ahora me sale el problema de App4R.exe que puedo hacer o como lo soluciono...necesito escanear documentos

Try to uninstall and reinstall the driver of your printer. Updating the driver also is recommended.

Every time I try to run the scanner or open the imaging studio I either get a App4r.exe or Device Monitor application problem error message

I have had the same problem when I went to redo my Windows Vista Machine. The answer is simple. Install the software from the installation disc that came with your printer. Next go to lexmark.com and download the driver package for your printer and install that. Now a window should pop up asking you if you want to install over the original or make a copy, MAKE A COPY.. After installation is done open lexmark studio and pick to open the copy version and there you go, you can now use your lexmark studio, and for some reason after you open the program once like this the original one works!!!!!!!!
