Check ur motherboard there is one panel down is written

"panel or front panel"

now when u find these panel rest is simple u have to just see down this panel everything is written

How to & where to connect Power led + - /power sw/reset sw/HDD led

Get the user manual here: User Guide
Chapter 2 Page 17.
The plugs just fit on to little pins in the bottom corner of the board.

If you connect them and hard drive indicator light on the front of the case does not come on then you need to swap the 2 connectors around.
It's an led which has to be connected the correct way to work.
Same goes for the power led on the front of the case.

I need to connect the power led, hdd led and the power sw wires to the motherboard of my emachines t3256

Open the cabinet in such a way that all the parts should be viewed to you. See carefully for the pins which will be there in the motherboard, beside or above or below it will be written ed like HDD LED, PWR LED etc. On the cable end also it will be mentioned same, match the things connect & work.

don't you have the book for the motherbd? Most motherboards tell you right on them wat connection goes where. look for them they should be in close vicinity of each other Usually.... HDD-Harddrive connection./.RST - Reset /pwr-- to switch ....etc....
