In the manual it says to "Turn on power while holding down the status button on the network expansion kit. Continue to hold down the status button until a beep sounds."

It looks like the default password was TOSHIBA which took me forever to find. The user name should just be admin.

202L HOW TO RESET ADMIN PASSWORD IS HOLD 08
TURN ON MACHINE YOU WILL BE IN TEST MODE THEN
PRESS 263 CLEAR OLD PASSWORD AND ENTER DEFAULT PASSWORD 123456. ENTER TUNRM OFF MACHINE THEN ON.
