Hi,
Kaspersky has nothing to do with greenish print you have clean the head removing it by following the steps below if the issue do not resolve the change the print heads.

Remove Ink Cartridges
Lift grey lever to the right side of the cartridge holder to the up position.
The print head should lift out nicely. You may need to squeeze sides of the cartridge holder slightly to the center in order to clear the outer print head assembly.

AntiVirus software does not prevent malware or Spyware from infecting your system.

i would suggest scanning your PC with Malware Scanner from www.malwarebytes.com and also SpyBot S&D from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download

and you might want to exempt the games folder from being scanned by Kaspersky or AVG as you might get sharing violations where the file being scanned is already in use by the game itself.

I am not able to install kaspersky security software into my system, it says you have to delete avg8, i tried everything till now, avg8 is not in my system. how to i install this kaspersky or uninstall...

Kaspersky tells you whether this is because at some point that was installed on the PC AVG8, but is unlikely to be removed either. I recommend you look for the installation of AVG8, install and then uninstall icon from the Add / Remove Programs control panel. This should eliminate all traces that may remain in the system of AVG.

After this reboot the PC and can install Kaspersky without any problem.
