I have a chocolate phone, i had it for 4 days and the battery and the phone broke, the phone froze all the time. and it froze at the home screen, i had to remember the menu to be able to do anything, the call button randomly broke, and then the screen would make this weird clicking noise when you slid it open. the sensor keypad didnt even work. i sent out to the verizon store and they replaced my phone, the new phone wont hold a charge and it smells like a straightner when you plug it in.

Switch off the phone. Take the battery off and wait for a few minutes. Then put the battery back and switch it on. If it still doesn't work, take off your memory card and switch your phone back on (without the memory card).
please switch of the phone and remove the battery and leave the phonne for oen or two hours. it must work.
else take it to service center and do a firmware update
you need about 2/3 cup of oil to 1 bag of chocolate chips (i think we use about
3 bags). In a bowl with the oil and chocoloate chips, melt them in the microwave
about a minute at a time until its all liquid DO NOT over cook the chocolate
chips in the microwave, they will scorch. Once melted pour into the fountain and
turn it on. I would do one bag at a time. Hope this helps!
well i can say I have had this issue before myself alot of the time it was due to interferance, lots of metal and steel in the way I had calls come in VM 4 days later make sure your always close to a window if there is lots of metal or tin around.
other then that I would contact your local dealer and tell them of the issue and see if there is something that can be fixed on the unit or if it is just a flaw of the phone itself and if possible upgrade or downgrade of the phone to one that will work correctly in your enviroment.
I have seen that so many time on liquid damaged chocoloates. It's called power cycling. unfortunately there is not a whole lot you can do unless you can take the phone apart and clean it with technical spray. That may or may not help.
Another trick I have heard of is putting your phone without the battery in a bowl of rice and putting it on top of the refrigerator for about a week. I heard that works about half of the time though.
I used to have the same phone. Now I went to the brand new chocolate. What happened with mine was that I dropped it to many times ... = /. They also said it could have to many things on it.
Throw it at a wall lol no I'm just kidding that has happened to me before as well. what i did was take out the battery and leave it out for 5-10mins give or take and then I turned the phone off after putting the battery back in and again taking the battery out for a couple mins after the phone was off and then putting it back in and turning the phone back on and then a bunch of messages were coming through so try that and let me know if it worked for you
