My Sansa Clip 2GB MP3 player won't let me add any more songs to it, even though there's 1.26 GB still available. I don't want to reformat the player, cuz that'll delete the songs I already have on there. ...

Hi there..

When you say having difficulty in adding the songs in CLIP, though you have enough space. I'd kindly request you to check for the number of songs that you have added.

Because when you add as MP3 player by default its bit rate is 128kbps so you can add up to 500 songs only. Kindly have a check on it.

I have given the number of songs that can be added with related to size of MP3 player..

Size of the player :512MB 1GB 2GB 4GB 8GB 16GB 32GB
Number of songs : 125 250 500 1000 2000 4000 8000

Kindly revert if any clarifications....

Why my computer cant recognize my creative zen v plus 2gb mp3player? i dont know the problem cause my player is working properly, i want to put songs on it, please can you help me?

Have You Downloaded The Software To Run It Off The Disk It Came With? If Not Unplug The Mp3 Player From Your Computer And Then Install The Software. Once Installed Plug The Mp3 Player Back In And It Should Pop Right Up. In Some Cases You May Need To Restart Your Computer. Also If You Don't Have The Disk Or Have Misplaced It You Can Download It Here.
Thanks For Choosing Fixya

How do i delete songs from my mp3 player?

Mp3 Players rarely if ever hold as many songs as they advertise - the numbers on the box, spec sheets are "ideal" numbers based on unrealistic 2-minute long songs all in mp3 ultra-compressed format. Although there are exceptions, I have found that, in general, 6GB = 1000 songs, 2GB = 400 songs, 1 GB = 200 songs. Very long audio files, audio books, etc will throw these numbers WAY off.

MyMusix's PD-6030:
If you are using Windows Media Player 11, go to the sync tab and make sure it is displaying only the files on your Mp3 player, and not every file stored on your Computer's hard drive. Click once on a song you want to delete, and then hit the delete button on your computer's keyboard.
If your not using Windows Media Player 11, then read pp. 17-20 of your user's manual, available at www.mymusix.com

Song title, artist title

You need to be connected to the internet for that to happen. Try connecting to the internet. See if that won't solve your problem.
