Switched off the phone. Does not want to start up. Updated the phone through the website. However shows phone is up to date. It vibrates but does not start up.

is the battery removable? try buying a new battery and replacing the old. then try charging it, if it doesnt charge it could be your charger that needs replacing.

this could just need reflashing, try useing the nokia software on there website, if there anything like the sonyerricsson this dosent require to phone to be on just charged up
to set the time u have to go to the settings option and in date and time option you can find auto update change it to ON and your time will be automaticlly updated
