Hi, I removed the covers of my bugaboo frog to wash them and have now managed to lose the plastic insert that had the shoulder straps attached to it. Does anyone know where/if i can get a replacement. Thanks!

The Bugaboo's like 99% of all strollers have a 5 point harness. Two shoulder straps Two Lap straps and a center strap with the main body of the buckles. 2 year olds become little Houdini's pulling the shoulder straps off in both strollers and car seats. There are small buckle units you can buy that lock the two shoulder straps at chest height these are excellent at keeping kids in their place. Ask any nursery supply shop they should have them.
There should be plastic rings on both the lap belts for the shoulder harness to clip too. If they are broken off you can buy the same plastic buckles from Mountain Buggy but you have to sew them on!
Bugaboo don't sell them as a part, only with the whole seat frame! Here's a pic of a Bee harness (I have not got a Frog pic) it's the same style.
You could try Buggypitstop in the UK or Karlisle's in Australia a google will find them. Mountain Buggy use the same clips and do sell them as partsshop.mountainbuggy.com/parts/pre-2010/swift/complete-harness this does require a local seamstress to fit as you have to unpick the webbing and then re-sew it. The clips are actually made by YKK a huge international zip manufacturer, do a google there may be a local agent,
The straps are built in and Bugaboos solution is buy a new seat. The Bugaboo uses the same plastic buckle components as the Mountain Buggy, Mountain Buggy sell these as separate parts. If you want to unpick the buckle end and sew back new buckles thats the most economical solution. YKK the international Zip maker also have similar buckle systems.
Had exactly same experience today. I emailed Bugaboo (via website) and got a reply the same day.
I attached the clips the wrong way round. The picture in the manual is not very clear....The little 'roofs' have to face each other and than you are able to push the clips further over the axle. The slot of the clip fits over where the small wheels comes in on the bar.
Hi,
I trust that you mean the waist straps? I would suggest that you contact www.bugaboo.com who will be able to assist you in purchasing these spares.
If the problem is with the **** strap or shoulder harness parts, you may have to purchase a new seat fabric.
I hope this helps.
You'll have to undo all the velcro attachments as well as the tether that snaps together behind the foot rest then slide the seat fabric out from the frame. You'll then have to attach the bassinet to the same frame using the velcro straps.
