You will need to remove the cover and locate the jumper that controls your BIOS setting. (Sometimes located near the back of the server board by the power supply. Check your owners manual for exact location.)
Move the jumper the BIOS reset, power on your server and follow the onscreen instructions. When complete, move the BIOS jumper back to regular position (1 and 2) and reboot.
Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X3550 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > download > execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.
For your other concern, if you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.
Try to reset your printer factory default settings. Press Settings button -> Defaults -> Set Defaults -> Use Factory -> press Check. You will be asked to setup your printer settings like you're setting it up the first time - set the time and date, etc. When done, unplug and replug the printer into the power outlet to refresh the printer.
Contact Lexmark technical support to request(for free) for the installation disk for your Lexmark X3550 printer. You may need to know your printer's serial number found on the back of the it for Lexmark documentation purposes. Thanks.
Reset the Network Adapter of the printer by pressing the Settings button on the Operator Panel on the printer> Network Setup> Wireless Setup> Reset Network Adapter to Defaults> Yes. Reinstall/reconfigure the printer for wireless connection. Make sure you are using the correct wireless network information and that the computer belongs to that network. Hope this helps. If you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get back to it. Thanks.
If you have refilled the cartridges you got along with the printer, you can't reset them. 23 and 24 are not meant to be refilled. They are what Lexmark call "return program cartridges"- they can't be refilled, you can send them back to Lexmark ( that's why they are called "return cartridges"). You need to buy either 23A and 24A or 34 and 35, those cartridges are refillable. Here is a link to Lexmark, with a list of cartridge compatibility for your printer: http://lexmark-cartridges.com/cfv2/printer.php?lang=uk&partner=&productName=x3550

What type of Printer do you have? If it's Lexmark, and you're running windows xp, you can uninstall the software from the add/remove section located in your control panel. Once you've finished the de-installation of the software in Chinese, you can download the software from the link below & re-install it with the correct language.
