If you can get into the menu and find "reset" you could return the camera to factory settings.

Can I use my Digital Camera Lumix DMC-ZS3 as a webcam?

REF: https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-to-use-my-lumix-dmc-fp2-camera-as-a-webcam An unknown fact is that many digital cameras can be used as webcams. The digital camera needs to have a line-out feature as well as a video feature. If you own a Lumix DMC-ZS3 camera, your camera already has those features. With a few easy steps, connect your Lumix to your computer and use it as a webcam. There are no other items needed other than your camera and USB cord.
Step 1 Connect the USB cord to the output of your camera. Connect the other end of the USB cord to an open USB port in your computer. One end of the USB cord fits into the output. The other end of the USB cord fits into the USB port of your computer.
Step 2 Open the lens cover that turns on your camera. Slide the lens cover to the side to open.
Step 3 Press the "Mode" button on your Lumix camera. It is located next to your LCD screen.
Step 4 Press the "Down Arrow" button until you reach "Motion Picture" mode. Click on the "Set" button on the "Motion Picture" setting.
Step 5 Open the program or online site on your computer. Select your Lumix camera as the video source for your program or online site.

NO IMAGES IN DISPLAY

Rich,

http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/DMCTZ2.pdf

I believe you have some sort of Dual display on your camera where you can view pictures on a TV. That might be the problem check your settings perhaps page 23 of the pdf manual above the display might have been bumped to off. Or perhaps the picture you took was really set to video mode on accident if you discover this is the case then check out playback mode on page 62. Try turning your dial to playback. Perhaps your pictures are on the internal memory.
Or if nothing is showing on the screen at all you might just have a faulty screen that went out and you'll find the service center info on page 101 good luck.

Thanks a lot.

Panasonic DMC-TZ1 operates in Playback mode only

Hi,

The position from the dial wheel is not corresponding with the electrical position. If you can do it by yourself you can adjust it and tighten the midscrew from the dialwheel

Dvr4-alert full screen playback

That's because this is a quad. It compresses all 4 video feeds into 1 file. When you play it back, it decompresses the video and shows you each camera. Playback through this unit is the only way to see 1 camera at a time.
To be able to copy 1 camera shot to a DVD, this is what you need to do: You need to have a TV with Video in and Video out jacks.  Connect the Quad to the TV Video in jack and connect the TV Video out jack to your DVD Video in jack. Playback a single camera shot on the quad to the TV and hit record on your DVD. - The DVD will record whatever is shown on the TV.

Canon Powershot A70

There is a button on the back that can be pressed called Disp. (stands for Display). There are two or three settings it flips through each time you press the button. Press this button a few times to cycle through the choices in each of the playback and camera mode to see if this resolves your issue. Happy snapping...
