Dark line down printed page

I can see my drum is dirty, but what do you clean it with? I have 3m general purpose adhesive cleaner # 08984 I also have 90% alcohol. Thank for any tips...

The printed page has been having a slightly darkened stripe down the edge, now it is a full-blown black line about a 1/4 inch thick. What would I clean the drum with? Is it time for a new drum even though the drum light isn't on?

I'm getting little black dots all over the paper, pretty much turns the paper gray. I'm getting little black dots all over the paper, pretty much turns the paper gray.
