This is called NRGT (Non resettable Grand total), so there is no reset procedure for it. It can be left out of the report on most models. Let me know if you want to try it.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Try turning the key to Z mode and press CASH.
That should clear the main report except for the grand totals which can't be reset. Just ignore them as they are not needed for daily reporting. If you want to remove the GT from the report, there is usually a setting.

Turn key to Z mode
Press CASH
Wait for printout
Turn back to REG mode
