press menu then start bk-copy then fourtimes arrow-up quickly after another. machine will switch to maintenance mode. press by help of arrow up and set : 8 - 0. press start bk-copy til PURGE 64xx appears. press the sequence of 2 -7 -6 -3 (arrow up and set). PURGE will reset to 0000. press 9 - 9 to leave maintenance.

I have the same problem and have no idea how to fix it. I tried pressing the menu button, then black start and then up arrow 4x but this just tells me that there is a machine error and doesn't give an error code. There's a bunch of maintenance codes I can type in but I have no idea what will fix the problem. I tried pushing all numbers from 1 to 99 and nothing helped. Anyone know what's wrong?
