There is no problem with Samsung products, it sounds like you had a problem with your retailer in which case an email to Samsung would have got a result. After all, if the unit is under warranty then Samsung will arrange a free of charge repair for it and if out of warranty, they will direct you to an Authorized Service Centre for a fast and efficient repair.
If however there is a problem with cosmetic parts, as they don;t fail they get broken, they as a company are not responsible for supplying the parts. They will supply the parts if they have any stock but the responsibility stops there.
I don't expect you knew that.

Under a year,this tv was bought?Tv still have warrenty,call Samsung for warrenty repair.Not.Tv power on have flashes of pictures,few sec.than dies,have only sound left?Yes.Ur tv have dead 1 or 2 long board call the LCD inverter boards.These 1 or 2 long LCD inverter boards help the LCD screen to have a backlight to produre a picture.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy those refurbishes 1 or 2 LCD inverter long boards for the replacement.

Take it back to where you bought it and get another one.

when I turn off and then Turn on after 10 minutes the TV notwork(by using remote or touch button). I try to disconnect power supply andthen reconnect and waiting a couple of minutes and turn on but no work (nosound and black desktop) .I repeat this procedure many times so some timework and sometimes not work. please help me to solve this problem

optical connection in tv is only input optical connection in receiver is only input will not work.need to connect rca jacks to tv's audio out jacks behind tv to any available input in receiver

This should be repairable. It may be the LVDS Cable or the Main board problem. The only other problem is the T-Con Board.

i have a samsung LCD tv 32 inch tv. when switched on the pic is seen for about one sec then goes off. when i change channels the audio changes but the screen is blank. every time i switch off and on the same thing is repeated there is no display on the screen looks like a back screen light fail . can the problem be sorted out by changing the inverter or the whole LCD panel needs to be changed? pl be free to answer.
