There are several different Timex Expedition models. It's best to go to Amazon and search to find your model. Their product page should show what is the replacement band size. It may be 18mm, 19mm, or 20mm.

Most retailers that carry watches also have replacement watch-bands. Since you have a fairly common brand and model, there should be at least one size that fits in stock. The Timex website has more info, although as of this writing the link to directly order from Timex is down.

There are two ways to find the user manual for your Timex watch.

2. Find the 3-digit module number located on the caseback of most Timex products and click on the corresponding language link for that number in the Module Table.

I suggest that you take it to a watch repairer, as fitting it might be more difficult than you imagine.

Since this watch is a type that is intended to withstand rugged conditions, a good seal is needed if watch resistance is to be maintained.

could be following reason
1, you did not put case back correctly,
2, small spring which connect watch movement from caseback for chime lost during battery change ,
3, may be required reset of AC & Battery plus ,, by twizer
