you can use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose and remove all the water in the unit this should unlock your door then you can check the drain pump for anything that may be restricting or blocking the drain pump
If front loader, take top off (dissconnect plug) check the beltmay be broken- the motor may be spinning on its own
Also spin the drum round to make it has'nt seized
I had a variety of error codes show up on my duet, and I'm not sure but I seem to recall a 31, but the most constant was 02. I took off the front cover, pulled the white plug out from the unit, put a bucket under it, unscrewed it and drained it. It may be the MCU is having problems because the washer got plugged up.
M duet was also haveing problems and when it would stop in a cycle it
would flash a leter and a # F 02 I hit cancel and restarted it the time
was all messed up I looked up the code for F 02 and found this page, I
will post the link below. it was a drainage problem I cleaned out a
trap in the pump really easy to do and it just might fix your problem.
Regardless ever Duet owner needs to know this and matain this trap I
pulled out a bowl full of stuck in it. Good luck!
sounds as if you have a bad door latch assy, the unit is not recognizing the door closed, so when the button depressed probly only beeps 3 times at you. check the lock/latch for an obvious broken part
sounds as if its a door latch/lock issue, not recognizing the door closed will simply beep 3 times when the start button is depressed. try unplugging and replugging after 2 min.
