My Bosch Nexxt 300 washer seems to be jumping stages in the cycle program. It starts the normal cycle with 60 min to go, but as soon as the water is filled it drops to 57 min. Also, in the spinning cycle,...

iit could be that your machine is not pumping all the water out down to a level that allows the cycle to continue, unplug the machine and try to blow down the outlet pipe,if you cannot then (only if your confident)remove the back cover and disassemble the water pump to remove the blockage, reassemble and try again.eric992

Our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. It will not drain. Based on past experience, i think it may be the timer. it also will no go into spin cycle. What do you think?

If the machine won't drain it could be a blocked hose or a faulty pump. Check pump. Machines won't spin with water in them....good luck .....Nomess

Does not drain and spin

It sounds as if you have a defective timer control. Try operating the washer on a different cycle, if it spins on these cycles the mechanical workings are fine it's an electrical switching problem in the timer.

Stops in the middle of wash cycle

Hi!

If the cycle doesn't advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem:
It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer.
It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. See There's no cold water.

Mle2000ayw Stackable washer/dryer not washing, spinning

If the door lock light is on then is might be the "door lock enable spin switch" the plunger at the opposite end from the wax motor is not fully depressing the switch. In the stackable it is just behing the door lock. Remove the two middle covers (2 white phillips screws and one hex head screw on the middle of lower cover by the wires)to test place a few layers of masking tape on the end of the plunger and cycle the machine. Might also be a weak Wax motor (dark brown in color) to be safe replace both for about $12 each. Fix in 10 - 15 min.

Kenmore stack washer and dryer

gabehart....sounds like belt is slipping. Replace it. The water pump is on a separate smaller motor so is not affected by the agitator/spin motor.
