TV is slow to turn on. It hesitates through periods requiring to reset occiasionally. There are blinking lights that will often alternate from red to green. When it flashes green it shows no improvement, but if red a couple of times it turns on. This whole proccess takes about neigh 15-35 minute.

Whe you press the power button the TV led have to blink several times and the it have to change to blue, meaning Tv is on.
If you press the power button and the led start blinking and goes off, then you need to replace the mainboard because it is damaged.

you have a bad cap in the power supply
these are can shaped device thet if bad will vent anf put up on the top the valoue is wrtten on the side trplace them and you should be good to go

if this is a 37lg30 i have brand new spare parts. the tv was never used it was dropped and the screen was damaged so i just took out the parts out. i was originally looking for some one that had a problem with there tv but a good screen like you but its easier to ship out the boards.
