I would try to find a repair shop to replace it as bissell does not currently offer replacement power cords (atleast not on their website) if your power cord is only chewed in one place you could always just splice it back together and use some electrical tape. sorry I couldn't be of more help.
The can replace the cord. Order the part from the link below. You will have to open up the machine to attach the new cord. It has 3 wires that connect the power.

My dog chewed through the power cord (luckily unplugged). Are there replacement parts available and I can't seem to find out to detach the cord from the unit.

You should be able to replace the plug, just follow the instructions on the replacement plug to insure you wire the proper polarity. Otherwise, you could create a potential for a shock. Not a good thing with a wet mop.

Ok figure out, the cord part number was 203-6762, not listed on bissells site no idea why but yeah ill call them in the morn. thanks
