To add/delete a bank card: When you access your account, in "My Account" tab (initially selected when you log in), place the mouse over "Profile" (last menu item in the grey bar) and you will see a menu with "Add or edit credit card".
To change your email:When you access your account, in "My Account" tab, place the mouse over "Profile" and you will see a menu with "Add or edit email address". Click on it, you will see your current email address, and buttons to add a new address and define which address should be used a your main address.
Or, if you just click on the Profile tab, the first item listed in the profile summary page is Email.

you first have to change the address at your bank acct. because your paypal address has to match your debit card address. after you change your address related to your bank acct. paypal should email you to notify you of the discrepancy, but if they don't you can log in to your acct and go to personal information and edit your address.

I want to put my new visa card on my account

You would be better off putting your bank card on.
A Visa card will cost you for every transaction where as a bank card will not its a direct debit from your Bank Account.

You should contact the Visa Card Bank and find out any costs of transactions first.
Have the credit card you want to add to your PayPal account readily available.
You can also add any debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.


Log in to your PayPal account using your email address and password. This will bring you to the "My Account Overview" page.

Click the "Edit Profile" link, located next to your name and email address under the page title. This will bring you to the "Profile Summary" page.
Look at the three columns on the summary page and find the hyperlink that says "Credit/Debit Cards" in the "Financial Information" column.

Click on that link.
You will be brought to a page that shows you a summary of the credit and debit cards you have associated with your PayPal account.
Remove any credit or debit cards that you no longer wish to have attached to your account by clicking on the circle next to the description of the card and then hitting the remove button.

Login to paypal

I am trying to purchase from ebay and papal keeps sending me back to merchant. all i want is to pay and get my items.

You would either request a invoice from the seller to pay by bank deposit or a money order or PayPal

When you get to the paypal login page at the bottom you will see new to paypal sign up tab
paypal to create an account

paypal registration =password ,bank card /credit card, phone numbers home/mobile , email adress and a postal address

or send the amount to there email adress
or you will have to create a paypal account

log onto your paypal account under profile you will see your credit/bank cards there you will see a list

Addor Edir Credit Card

Add or Edit Postal Adress over to the right you will see a contact us tab tell them of your problem/dilemma make a list of problems you have with regarding your account and see if they can help im sure they will help other than that

Open Ebay homepage from the EBAY drop down list select purchase history you will see three options on will be contact seller it might be listed under the more options tab write them down with the number of the purchased item/s then post them

You can contact eBay on the homepage on the left hand side you will see a contact us tab click that another page will open with answer centre.

also eBay explained and security centre click on security tab another page will open on the left hand side you will see live help.

Click that you might have to wait for someone to become available or you can talk to an automated voice explain in detail your problem with the live help you should get the appropriate help.

I had similar situation, just get customer support they can find it faster then you.
Also i would start out as a new paypal customer by having them delete that account and just make a new one with in that 24 hrs.. So that you can start out fresh and know that this will be your only account, reason you probably made a account before but don't remember that you did and used a different email address or lost password.
I had to do the same thing because it was conflicting with my bank and for 5 months i was doing what you are now looking because you did not want to contact customer support and then i called fixed with in 2 mins and was easy to fix after.

I want to send my paypal account to another Email account

Each e-mail address is the ID to one and only one PayPal account.
You will need to create a new PayPal account with the new e-mail address, go to the old PayPal account, detach all the bank accounts and credit cards you have on that account and them register them in your new account.
If you have PayPal credit and debit cards attached to the old account you'll have to contact PayPal directly so they can move them to your new account.

Forgotten password

On the main Paypal page, Click on "Have you forgotten your email address or password?" (this is a choice of two links). If you choose email address, you can type in details that you may remember such as your name/address, credit card/ bank account details etc. and it will then allow you to supply a new email address and password. If you clicked "password" then you can type in your email address and your password will be sent to you.
