Sharp AR 250 with error code H5-01

I have this problem on my sharp AR250 copier each time I switch on an error H5-01 comes and I can not print an thing I have charged the fuse with a new one

SHARP AR250 H5-01 Papersensordefective in the fusing unit

Normally you can clean the build up of toner off the sensor, and it'll sort itself out. It also could happen by having 5 paperjams in a row.

You might need to run a service mode to reset the machine:

P * C * 14 (start) then 1 for Yes and follow on screen directions, code should clear out.

1, press"#" "interupt" "c" "interupt" these 4 keys.
2, enter 14 , then press start
3, turn power off and back on .

Hi, to reset H5 follow this sequence: P, *, C, *, display should read 'enter simulation', enter 14, print, execute, yes. Should re-boot if not switch off then on.
