How to wire a forward and reverse switch - NRS Salzer Position Switch S225-61049-01

If a 12V Kid Motorz motorbike is only going in reverse and not forward, there could be a few possible causes:

X2, It's a two wire switch on the trans. Look it up on RockAuto under "back up lamp switch". Pretty cheap too.

switch the wires around on the motors, it sounds like the polarity is reversed

The control module for that is 400 dollars and the switch is 110.

Believe it or not but it is the reverse switch not the forwards one that is your problem.

there should be a wire harness on the back of the shifter to go forward and reverse try to switch it around

I would replace the high low switch for this peg perego gator.
The high low switch as seen here http://www.shopjandl.com/mepu0002.html will not allow it to go forward. The reverse switch will sometimes not work at all as well.
You can contact http://www.shopjandl.com/. They repair them and know how to figure out what is wrong.
I would also check the wiring on the motors. Sometimes the wiring comes loose and doesn't allow all the speeds to function properly.
