I cannot delete photos from my n97, there are 127 photos that when i try to delete the phone will not delete them and shows the message instead "General system error"

Use the Nokia Photos application on your PC. Connect your phone to the PC using for example USB cable. In the left top corner of the application the name of your phone should appear. Click on it - it will turn green. Now you will see the photos on your phone. Select the icons that you want to delete and press delete (on the keyboard).

sorry but once any text messages, voice mail ext that has been deleted from any phone is no longer attainable, because the messages are not stored anywhere else on the service provider network. So once it is gone from the phone it is gone. sorry again.
