Can not get picture from quick capture

It looks like you have a conflict,
Fortunately Logitech have good support for their customers and I would recommend you contact them from this page. They tend to 'teflon shoulder' problems in chat programs but it would be a good start to get your video working in 'Quick Capture'

Plug in your webcam
Launch your Logitech webcam toolbar from the desktop
Open Quick capture menu ( 2 film frames ) to start your webcam
Open the settings Menu ( 2 gearwheels )
Click 'Return to default settings'
Adjust colour intensity and contrast from there.
If you find skype is still a problem
Open Skype
In the navigation pane of the Skype Options window, click Video Settings.
Select your webcam as the default.
Select webcam settings
Select device settings
Adjust from here
Click Apply Click OK

Check if the video capture filter settings have changed,
Also try and adjust zoom lens to get the perfect clarity at her place.

Have you tried adjusting your resolution? To maximize the quality of video/picture that your webcam can capture, Turn the resolution into 1.3megapixel. Adjusting the resolution is by clicking the arrow above the Video Option.

Normal 0 How much memory do you have installed in your computer? It may need to be, increased, as this is likely to be the cause of your computer freezing, rebooting, or shutting down.

Well the thing is with Digital Camera If there is lots going on (on the computer) your other program might interfer
1st end all processes that might have anything to do with the camera or that may be using any of its features, I would retart your computer as well
If you still have any issue uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the camera.
But I'm thinking you might have too much going on in the computer at the same time
