Have you printed a test page without it pluggetd to the computer? What did you get.
Try telling the computer it is a HP Laser jet II
Then print a test page, tell me what you get.
Only put a couple pieces of paper in it just incase it goes nuts.

Conduit is malware. Get rid of it first, and reboot. Start by downloading the free version of Malwarebytes (Anti-Malware) from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ install it and run it - that takes an hour or more. It should locate and deal with malware like Conduit in your computer. Then reboot and try again.
There are more detailed methods if that did not remove it all.

Print preview does not show full page

Go into the Page Setup for the email program that you are trying to print from and this should allow you to change the print settings.
For example, in Mozilla Thunderbird, if I go into File then Page Setup, on the Format & Options tab I get an option to Shrink to fit page width, plus can change the page orientation (Portrait or Landscape).
On the Margins & Header / Footer tab I get further options I can use to control how big the page margins are and what header and footer information gets printed, i.e. page title, page numbers etc.
Once you've changed the Page Setup values, see what has changed for you on the Print Preview

VERTICAL PRINT LINES

Check the front paper exit rollers for fit and alignment also the paper deck guides close to the planten area, if the printer is dropping print vertically down one side of the page, this can be caused by debris or anything that lifts the caridge assy the slightest bit, also check the print head seating and ribbin cable for proper alignment
