A faulty RTD sensor probe is one of the causes for an F10 code or overheating oven. The sensor probe is supposed to detect the exact temperature in the Frigidaire electricrange cavity and relay it to the oven's main control so it knows when to shut off the heating elements.
Hope this helps

Probably the ring element. If the clock is flashing zeros or 8's the bottom oven will not operate but the top will. Make sure the clock is set (doesn't have to be the correct time, just not flashing) If the fan and light then work but no heat, defo the element part no 499003
when the oven is cold open it and ensure the light inside is screwed in fully. It is probably making poor contact when it is cold. If that does not fix it, ignore it. If the power to the element was shorting it would trip the earthleakage or your main power switch. LPG
Sounds like the flashing 'a' means the timer is in automatic mode. I trust that when you turn the bottom oven to on the oven indicator light does not come on. Turn the bottom oven to ON. Then have a fiddle with the timer. You have to get it to manuel mode. When it goes on to manuel mode the oven indicator light will come on and the oven will then work.
Hello,
Have you checked that the timer clock is set and not flashing, because the rest of the cooker will work after power outage but for the main/fan oven to work the clock needs resetting.
If the display is flashing, it sounds like the timer needs resetting
U need to refer to your instuctions on how to do this..
If it does it again once u have reset it, then I suspect that the oven element has blown..
Pls leave feedback.
Thanks.
