Sony ericsson k810i no sound

I have just purchased a second hand Sony Ericsson K810i but there is no sound coming from the phone can anyone tell me if the speakers or sound has been turned off or is broken

    Sound is not working after phone was dropped! Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried to turn on the call volume? On the right side of the phone you will see two buttons, up and down.

Try making a call. Then, while on the call and before you hang-up, press the button on the right side of your phone, the one with the arrow pointing up. You will see a volume indicator on the screen. If you press the up button again and again the volume will go up until it reaches a satisfactory level.. Perhaps your volume is set to very low.
