Your laptop must have a card slot, for it to be able to read the card.

First most phones use a micro sd card, so you need the card holder,
a card holder id a regular size sd card that you put the micro card into
and then you put this into a sd card reader if the laptop has one.

Most laptops, computers, can not read a micro sd card, only sd card,
and some mmc memory sticks.

You did not post who made your laptop, or the model number so we have no clue if your laptop has a card reader.

Hi there,

First of all, I would like to know the the type of memory card that you have, and also the model and maker of your laptop.

We would like to know if the card is possible to be inserted on your laptop or we have to see if your laptop is capable or it has a slot for that kind of card.

Let me know here again.

Thanks

I dont have a solution, but my aunt purchased this phone and a new SD card, and I have put pictures and music for ringtones from my computer to the SD Card, and when I put it back into her phone (Samsung R451C) I can not bring any of the pictures up and I can bring the music for the ringtones, but I cannot set it as a ringtone. I am sure if I was able to bring the pictures up, that I probably would not be able to set them as a wallpaper or nothing also...So I kind of have the same problem with setting my aunt's pictures and music with the same phone too...

Dont know how to transfer pictures from phone to computer

If you connect your phone to your PC and can't access your pictures then you should be able to transfer them to a memory card that you install in your phone. You then put this memory card into your PC if your PC has the slots. If your PC does not have memory cards inputs then you need a USB connection converter.

Problem reading micro sd card on lg kg290

well...all you should know about the micro SD card is that you should format it, when it's inserted in the computer's card reading/writing unit... once (the first format) and don't put any file in it...insert it in the phone, and format it again (formatting is rewquiring FAT 16, or FAT file system in both formatting processes) after that, reinsert it in the computer's card reader/writer and find a way to defrag it...after that do a check with a disk checking tool, or program...and after all is ok...you can put any file type on, insert it in the phone, and restart the phone...if this doesn't work...the card is either bad, or the phone does not support it's memory size...

Memory Card for digital Camera

After inserting the card, go to my computer and see if it shows the memory card inserted. If so, click it and then when it opens, click copy to location and you choose the location, easiest, my documents and then my pictures.
