There is a very simple way without programs -when they ask for password enter " officehelpexe " and it again a new window will come there you type" Password recovery" and it will be unlocked ...
Its not working
when asked for password i tried both: officehelpexe and "officehelpexe" but both time it simply thrown error and in the subsequent window nothing worked out.. please help its most urgently needed . Regards, Manish Agrawal, [email protected]

I have never tried these so can't recommend either. They are just what came up with a Google search that also seemed to be harmless enough.
