Bluetooth has lost connection with phone and I can't get it back

My bluetooth was working fine yesterday morning. Next thing I know my phone rings out loud, but showed that I was still connected to my bluetooth. I tried to answer with my bluetooth, NOTHING. I pressed send on my phone and it answered, but I couldn't use the actual phone to hear or talk because it was still connected to my bluetooth, but I couldn't hear or talk through my bluetooth. I had to actually turn my bluetooth off to answer the caller, who had called back for the 3rd time by this point. I haven't been able to reconnect the bluetooth and the phone ever since. They are both fully charged. I turn the bluetooth on like I always did and get the blue/red flashing light, like I'm supposed to and go through the steps to connect it to my phone and .......NOTHING.
HELP!! I need my bluetooth!

You should delete the headset from the "paired devices" list on the phone and completely redo the pairing process, it sounds like the two have gotten into some kind of wierd state.

If you need help with this please include the make and model of your phone.

My phone can't find my fitbit. worked fine yesterday

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your phone. Re-boot the phone - actually, turn it off completely, then boot it up after a delay to ensure it's completely powered off.
Once it's started up again, try to sync again.
also, if you have more than one device that the fitbit connects to, make sure that only the phone's Bluetooth is turned on. apparently, more than one Bluetooth signal will confuse things - according to Fitbit cust support.

Is it possible to install a new bluetooth connection thing from a donor cell phone?

Not understanding your meaning.
Do you want to connect a bluetooth speaker in some way other than bluetooth?
Do you have a phone with bluetooth that doesn't work and you want to rip the bluetooth circuits out of another phone and transplant them into another phone?
Do you just have a really old cell phone that doesn't have bluetooth capability and want to do the same transplant thing?
Or do you have a phone that has bluetooth that probably works fine but you don't know how to use it so you're thinking you might be able to do all the connecting through another phone that has bluetooth up and running?

No outgoing calls can be made, says "Call Failed"

There is a possibility that the phone is still recognizing the Bluetooth earpiece and it's interfering with the phone's operation.

Once you pair up two Bluetooth devices, they would remain paired up regardless if the devices are turned ON or OFF. You need to enable the Bluetooth of your BlackBerry and find the way on how to unpair the earpiece.

Once it's unpaired, remove the battery from the phone while the phone is turned ON. Leave it for 5 minutes and then put the battery back and turn the phone back on.

If the problem still occurs, then you might want to contact BlackBerry to check some other settings.

Have a great day!

Same exact problem- music player works fine with headphones

If you had a bluetooth device connected and it did not disconnect properly then the phone may be trying to play the sounds to the bluetooth and not the speaker, Turn the phone's bluetooth off and then on and it should work. Also, if you look at a sound file or video file it will show the bluetooth symbol next to it, which means that it is playing to bluetooth and not the phones other outputs.

H700 unable to pair up 'service not supported'

The term "service" refers to other types of services supported by bluetooth technology like keyboards, mice, etc. There's a lot more than just headsets now. I suggest checking the bluetooth options on your phone to see if there is a refresh service or other option....there is one like that on my blackberry that I once had to use to solve a similar issue. Have you tried disabling bluetooth, rebooting phone, enabling bluetooth, and rebooting phone before pairing? Also, look to see if there is an encryption on/off option on the phone...this could be causing an echo in either state due to interference...try switching encryption on/off. Also, check your update options on the phone, you didn't say which kind of phone it is but some can get firmware updates that may be needed for bluetooth to work well. Finally, you may get results by deleting the device on the phone and re-adding it thru discovery.
