Dear Its the problem related to fixing film assy. The sleeving tube over the heater might be broken. Replacing either fixing film assy.or the sleeving tube may correct the error. In very rare case other like sleeving tube rotation sensor or harnesss or DC CON board fails. Still its very rare. Thanks.
