Rheem heat Pump model number RQPMA049JK Hunter Programmable thermostat When hooked up to thermosat with wiring code in manual it heats in cool mode. There is no setting on the thermostat to reverse...

does it not have a reveres switch at the bottom of the unit or if its the programmable type you must program both for heat and cold and the auto temp in the head will change when it needs to. However these are tricky to set up so if you want a step be step procedural let me know and I will give it to you plus there color codes. to boot.

Central heat does not blow hot air, just warm air weakly

Sounds like some of the elements are not working. You being in Florida they may not have put very many elements in. It was 61 degrees last week. I know because I'm a Dolphin Fan. You will need a current sensing meter to check the elements.

Heat pump 5 ton package unit

You have two of your t-stat wires that are shorted out. Disconnect the wires at both the unit and t-stat. Take two wires at a time and ohm them out. If you have continuity those are the shorted wires. Substitute them for two different colored wires if you have two wires that are currently unused. If not you will need to pull new wire. Please answer back to say if this works or not.

PAPER SIZE DETECTION ERROR

Are you tring to use a paper tray or the manual by pass tray?If you are tring to use a paper tray for more then one or more copiers, you are going to have to ask your service techs to change the setting of one of your paper trays to A4 in service mode. Or if that has been done, look behind the paper trays for a wade of paper blocking the size detect switchs behind the paper trays. Good Luck
