My 4-yr-old Kenmore HE washer model 110.46462500 has an inconsistent problem with clothes being too wet at end of cycle. I have already checked the drain and have had door latch replaced. Ideas?
Checked the drain? didi you physically open the drain pump asssy, and clean the filtero out???
most common issue is pump problems, try checking inside the housing as well as the hose from pump to tub? maybe the pump itself has had its impellers broken of from foriegn debris, also check to make sure your 4 shock absorbers are functioning correctly,if it senses an off balance load it will not achieve high speed spin.

We removed the front lower panel and opened the internal drain pipe to check if it was clogged with items. Found and removed three things but this did not eliminate the problem
I've noticed the problem occurs when I wash towels. It stops spinning or does not spin long and fast enough. It's not working tonight with 4 bath towels and 2 handtowels.
