what brand of paper are you using? Is there a possiblility that your paper has been subjected to moisture? What page size are you setting in the program you are printing from? What paper size are you choosing in the printer driver?what brand of paper are you using? Is there a possiblility that your paper has been subjected to moisture? The default setting for 6x4 photos is 100mmx150mm paper. If the machine does not detect paper that size or has not been told where to find it, the machine will report a paper fault. Refer to the manual on the CD that came with the machine esp Ch2 P14 and Ch4 P22 for help in this. If you don't have the CD you can download the manual from the Brother Website.
Im having the same problem, will print on normal paper but when I try to print onto Glossy paper it comes up with paper jam,or paper not loaded properly is anyone else hjaving this problem? Please help!!

For more clarity (High DPI) print quality it will take time. For faster prints go to printer settings and select the printer and Right click on it select properties.
There in General TAB you will see at the bottom Printing Preferences Select that one.
There you will get some page tabs select Paper/Quality
Select Advanced and Set Graphic Print Quality lesser. The more you set the print will be faster.
I think that if you use the bottom tray to load the paper, you can use the different sizes of paper to print. Make sure to click the second button inside the lid that shows the direction the paper is fed into the printer. hope this helps!
make sure you have photo paper in the small tray and the tray is pushed in the whole way. The green light will come on. Load the paper with the shiny side down.
it's better to configure the paper size through the printer but the best way to do it from the software on the pc. when you go to print it, select file, print as you do, then go to paper size and select manually from the paper options and then click ok and print it.
