As of the moment there is no driver support for the Acer Aspire 4315. If you have already installed Windows 7 and you can connect to a cable internet through your Ethernet Port, you can try downloading and install Driver Genius Professional which can assist you in getting the compatible driver. Acer aspire 4715z does support Microsoft windows 7 but Acer doesn't release any driver till date. so, it's almost impossible to get the driver for windows 7.

but there's a way to work out.

just download the driver for windows vista using the link below

Follow this step
Select Product Family : Notebook
Select Product Line     : Aspire
Select Product Model  : Aspire 4715z

All the driver will be listed below, by default the driver listed is for microsoft windows vista Home premium.

Download all the drivers that you need.

Now, install those driver meant for windows Vista in windows 7, Most of them or all of them will work as 90% of the driver meant for windows vista works fine with windows 7.

Now, make sure you have internet  access through a LAN or wireless network.
