How do I set the date and time on the the Timex ironman watch

Just my own observation here:
Before I would hand any TIMEPIECE I ever
cared about... over to some PIZZA-FACED
**** at the corner **** store...
I would seriously consider spending a few dollarson some WATHMAKERS tools and opening
the device myself...
As soon as AN UNAUTHORIZED person opens
your "IRONMAN" the warranty is VOID.
Just know your options.

To set the digital time and date on your Timex Ironman, please follow the steps below.

1. press and hold the "set" button for two seconds.

2. Use the "advance" button to reach the correct hour.

3. Press the "mode" button, followed by the "advance" button to set the minutes on your Timex Ironman.

4. Repeat the procedure of pressing the "mode" and "advance" buttons to set the month, date, year and day of week.

5. When you are finished setting the time and date, press the "set" button to save.

Setting an Alarm

1. Begin by pressing the "mode" button until the alarm screen appears.

2. Press the "set" button and use the "advance" button to set the hour for your alarm.

3. Repeat the same procedure to set minutes and seconds for your alarm.

4. When you have finished setting the alarm, press the "set" button, followed by "advance" save and activate your alarm.

5. When you alarm sounds, you can deactivate it by pressing any button on the watch.

First look for the set button then press it ,a long press and If it is blinking that's the time you to select the hour ,the minutes,the day/date,the alarms and the special features of your watch.The right button the up and down or for scrolling.Try all of this so your time will set.

To find out how to set your watch, go to http://assets.timex.com/instructions/w130Instr.pdf and it has instructions in several languages. IF this link does not work, go to www.timex.com and click on help, then click on manuals and downloads,then click view all watch manuals,go down the list until you find Ironman combo and click on it.
