Loading envelopes Hi, I have  a new Kodak 5300 printer and I want to print envelopes from my Word program.  But I don't know how to load the envelopes in the tray and the printer just keeps telling me to put paper in.

Small tray for envelopes and labels is stuck all the way inside and won't come out.

To load envelopes that are under 7.87 inches (220 mm) in width in the multipurpose feeder, insert the envelopes with the flaps open and toward the front of the printer. To load envelopes that are over 7.87 inches (220 mm) in width in the multipurpose feeder, insert the envelopes with the flaps closed and the short-edge of the envelopes facing into the printer. You can load envelopes up to the maximum fill line in the tray at one time. NOTE: Make sure set the envelope flaps are completely unfolded. NOTICE: Never use envelopes with windows, coated linings, or self-stick adhesives. These lead to paper jams and damage to the printerLoading envelopes - 6cf668b.png

How do I load envelopes to print?

Hi,
Load the papers/ envelopes from left hand side edge and adjust the knobs of printer tray to accomodate the paper, if present. Usually printer will have the seperate markings on the tray to indicate where to load envelopes and labels.
I hope this is useful to you

Trouble printing envelopes on kodak esp3 printer

Have you tried this procedure?
----------------------------------------------------------
Loading Envelopes
You can load plain envelopes into the paper tray of your Kodak ESP 3 All-in-One printer.
Important Do not use envelopes with cutouts or cellophane windows.
1 Remove any other paper from the paper tray.
2 Insert one or more envelopes into the right side of the paper tray with the print side down and
the envelope flaps on the right, pointing left.

3 Squeeze the paper-width guide and move it to its right-most position up against the envelopes.
4 Leave the paper tray open while the envelopes are loaded.

If you have and it's not printing correctly, there is probably a problem with the document you're trying to print.

Printing greetings cards and envelopes

At the moment it is printing both sides of Greetings cards, but this printer appears to be very sensitive with regards to placng card in the exact position in the paper tray.

Why it will not print envelopes without smudging I still don't know, so I shall just have to write address by hand after I place graphic on the envelope

This 5300 was a Christmas gift from my wife and if I could afford to change it I would. The performance is very dissapointing

Kindest Regards
