hold the *#60# imei pop up then press *#123003#123123**003
enter: 0010101098113 then press the ##2002002 it will ask you for subsidy password: enter: 21002100 then your network ID: enter: 21007892 then it will unlock automatically, then your cell will restart, then you unlocked.

You will need to obtain this from TracPhone customer service.  If they will give it to you, then your phone will be unlocked.
