To remove the paper jam, follow the procedure--- 1. Open the front cover. 2. Remove the cartridge. 3. Open the face up cover and push down the green paper release levers on both sides of the face up paper output. 4. Hold sides of the jammed paper and carefully move it inward then gently pull out. 5. Remove if any paper bits present near the rollers. 6. Don?t pull the paper upwards but straight between the rollers. Please check page#62 for details in the manual--- Canon Super G3 Fax
Yes, there is an easy solution, possibly. Mainly because you say it may do a single job, and then it keeps jamming. Do you see the second sheet jamming in when it is not called for? Anyhow, you may try cleaning the rollers, all of them, like I did here: http://annoyances-resolved.blogspot.com/2009/09/paper-jam-buy-new-laser-printer.html This completely solved my problem of persistent paper jams.
just press the resume button and if the problem presist switch off your printer and computer and again restart both of them. and if still paper jam then press resume button.
We also have losted our manual and need to reset everything but can't rember how to do it.. Can someone please help me out on this problem. Very much appreciated!!
