Depends on your machine, but remember if your machine has a 5mm needleplate opening, that limits the size of the lettering you will be able to produce. Unfortunately, to get larger output, you would need to upgrade to an embroidery machine or do the lettering manually with a satin stitch. The manual to the Kenmore 19606 computerized sewing machine claims it has tow sizes. How do you change the size? I e-mailed Sears and they said to call Janome, which in turn said they do not provide customer service for the Kenmore line of machines.
I have had that problem with monograms. I tried everything in the book. Now, I am trying to do some machine embroidery and it is tiny and there is no way to enlarge. I tried using the elongate button, and it cannot be used with the stitch. I tried using the wideth and length buttons with no results. I tried using memory and then edit to enlarge and that didn't work either. I am so frustrated with this.
