F 02 I reset it to drain and spin for the first load. already took the bottom panel off and cleaned out the white container. still not working for the second load, still flashing F02.

The drain filter is block and needs to be cleaned or the drain pump is broken. Unplug the machine or disconnect power then remove the three screws attaching the bottom of the lower front access panel and pull the panel down and off. Once the panel is off, you'll find the drain filter attached to the drain pump.




Place a container or a piece of towel underneath the filter to catch spillage. You may need to drain the water from the machine by putting the end of the drain hose over a container on the floor. Position the container as low as possible to extract as much water. Remove the filter by turning the knob counterclockwise and clean it.




Also take a moment to inspect the drain pump impeller by reaching it in with your finger and turning it. The impeller should turn freely. Otherwise, replace the drain pump.

F02 is a drain error in your Kenmore washer, if the unit is unable to drain then after 4 minutes it will display suds and then F02. The first thing that should be done is cleaning the drain hose and the drain pump filter, you can take out three torx screws from the bottom front panel and then clean the area completely, lift up the cap to clean the filter. If the error returns then check the drain pump if it is not working then replacing the pump is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Disconnect from power. Make sure no clothes is in the washer and no water.Open bottom front panel. With bucket in hand remove filter lid and clean all smelly water and debries. Put everything back and try to start the wash again. That should do it. Good luck!!

Sounds like it's not draining the water so the load is too heavy for the drum to spin. Remove the lower panel (3 bolts facing outward on bottom of panel), unscrew the lint filter trap (right side), and clean it out. Also make sure hoses are okay, and that the drain pipe is not clogged.

f02 is a fault indicating poor drainage, try removing hte front access panel and cleaning out the pump housing!

it means that your pump is clogged you need to take that bottom panel off the washer and twist the white cap slowly so it can drain put plenty of towels down once it is done draining pull the cap and clean the trap behind it

Sounds like your pump is clogged. Take off the lower front panel via 3 ws on the bottom. Get a buch of towels, thiers gonna be water. Right in center front thier will be a white twist knob, about 3 inche in diamter. Unscrew it, this is when the water is gonna come out. If there is a secondary wall, pull it straight out with a pair of pliers. Clean out the pump, also check the little hole to the right leading into the impeller, make sure its clean. Finally put it back togther and try it out, If you get me a model # i can get you a schematic, should start with 110,thanks Dave www.washermd.com

dip as much water as possible from tub..remove bottom panel remove clean out port on pump clean and reinstall

f02/ is an indicater of long/clogged drain. did you try removing the access panel(3)screws across bottom of unit, behind the panel youll see a large thumbsrew attached to the drain pump thats probalby clogged, with debris
